Everything prospective clients ask before booking an audit: fit, price, process, and what happens after the build.
Is this for meIs this actually for a business like mine?
It works best for businesses that have outgrown ad hoc processes: real client or order volume, a small team, but no one dedicated to operations yet. If you're a true solo operation, the audit alone may be more than you need right now. If you already have a full-time ops or RevOps team, you likely need something more custom than a standard build.
What if our process isn't broken, just slow?
We're not here to rebuild what's working. The audit identifies what to keep versus what to fix, so you're not throwing out a process that's fine, just removing what's actually causing the slowdown.
What if we've already tried to build something like this ourselves?
That's a starting point, not a setback. We build on what you already have rather than starting over. The audit shows us what's working and what's not.
Value & alternativesIs this worth $3K–$5K? What do I actually get back?
You're not paying for hours worked. You're paying for a system you own permanently, instead of manual work that keeps costing you time as you grow. The Dineline example on the homepage cut onboarding time in half; most clients recover the cost within the first few months in reclaimed hours alone.
Why you instead of hiring someone in-house, a VA, or another consultant?
A full-time ops hire costs significantly more annually and takes months to find and train. A VA can execute tasks but typically isn't building the systems underneath them. We sit in between: we design and build the infrastructure once, document it, and hand it over, so you're not carrying an ongoing salary for something that mostly runs itself once built.
Your current setupDo you replace our existing software?
Not necessarily. We start with what you're already using and determine what should stay, what should change, and what should connect. The goal is to improve your operation, not create unnecessary disruption.
We already have some automation set up. Why would we need this?
Having individual automations isn't the same as having a connected operational system. We look at the entire workflow and find the gaps between your tools, teams, and stages of work.
Risk & scopeWhat if I'm not satisfied with the result?
The audit and design happen before any major building starts, so you see and approve the plan before we're deep into implementation. If something in the build isn't working as expected, we adjust it during the testing and stabilization window before final handoff. You're not signing up blind and hoping it works out.
What's not included, or what if my needs turn out to be bigger than the audit found?
The audit sets the scope before any pricing is finalized, so you know what's included before committing. If something bigger surfaces once we're in the build, we'll flag it and scope it separately. You won't be billed for anything beyond what was agreed without a conversation first.
Timeline & commitmentHow long does the whole process take?
You'll get a clear timeline with real dates after your audit. No open-ended "it depends." Most builds move in phases, so your core automation (like new client intake) is often live within the first couple of weeks, not months.
Do we have to keep working with V Aided afterward?
No. The goal is to build something your team can own and run. Ongoing support is available if you want it, but it's completely optional.
